Description of Job Opening
The Get in2 China organizes internships in combination with Chinese classes for students, graduates and young professionals who want to gain working and living experience in China. We will organize an internship at a local or international company in Beijing, provide accommodation and teach you Chinese.
Our services include: - Internship placement - Accommodation in single rooms in modern apartments in central Beijing. - 2 hours of Chinese classes per day - Airport pick-up. - Assistance with the visa application and the registration in Beijing. - Regular panels with Beijing’s business elite, diplomats and journalists, who want to share their experience in China. - Weekly cultural activities

Position: English trainer (Internship)

Job Description:
1. Generate English level evaluation system & locate our staff’s English level well and truly.
2. Create or choose proper training material for staff with different English level.
3. Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment and students with flexible.
4. Conduct high quality English training programs to help employees improve English skills on all sides (Listening/ Speaking / Reading/ Writing).
5. Track English training result and continuous improvement.
6. Provide individual advice/ suggestion to each student on English training regularly.
7. Evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
Requirement:
1. Native speaker of English, fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
2. Bachelor degree and above.
4. Experienced trainer for business people is preferred
5. Experience for improving Indian English listening is a plus.
6. Initiative, high sense of responsibility.
7. Excellent communication skill
8. Working time is negotiable but no less than 3 days per week.
Program fee: 795 Euro/month*
*if you book for 3 months
